  • Major 66,000 square-foot teaching facility for the handicapped. This was an addition to existing Vo-Tech School, and incorporated a variety of teaching spaces on a hilly and constrained portion of the site. Project came in under budget and for a most competitive over-all cost.

  • All Weather running track to replace an outdated cinder facility.

  • 2nd place design award - in-house design contest at Vitetta Group
  • New 13,000 square-foot building with numerous laboratories, including the provision of running saltwater, lab/offices, agency space, and dormitory for students. Project utilized geothermal heat pump system and all-wood construction due to salt conditions. Project was built on a tight budget and with dormitory space designed to be convertible into future laboratory space.

Scope of work included consideration of both new and existing facilities at various sites, with extensive functional and cost analyses of the alternatives. This report, which also included a study of the entire State mental health care delivery system prepared by a psychologist working for the same firm, was called the "best consultant's report ever received" by that State
